with Annette Zera

I work as a facilitator, trainer and consultant in active leadership and management.

My clients all have one thing in common – they want to find new ways of working that bring out the best in themselves and other people.

My first facilitation assignment was with 100 senior civil servants from the Cabinet Office. Since then I've worked with a wide range of organisations (see Clients) designing and delivering innovative and focussed organisational development or consultation events. The methods I use most frequently are Open Space, Knowledge Cafe, and Appreciative Inquiry.

These group processes allow any number of people to work together on the issues that matter to each of them. They generate extraordinary levels of energy and creativity as well as producing tangible results.

I also offer one to one non-managerial supervision either as one-off sessions or a series of meetings. My approach is informed by 25 years of leading large and successful adult and further education colleges and attachment-based therapy.
