The purpose of these two training courses is to work on approaches that bring out the best in leaders and managers (…and thence everyone else at work). Each day provides a range of opportunities to try out different ways of working. They are participative, focused and challenging. Getting on Brilliantly 1 concentrates on leading groups, teams and meetings. Getting on Brilliantly 2 looks at one-to-one line management. Evaluations from more than a thousand participants over the past six years have been overwhelmingly positive with many saying they find the days an inspiration and have put a spring in their step! Both courses are available nationally or customised to the needs of different organisations for in-house management and leadership development.
