1989-2003       Principal Tower Hamlets College 

Annette was appointed to open Tower Hamlets College in the East End of London in  1989.  In challenging circumstances the College moved from being at the bottom of the education league table to its current status as a nationally recognised ‘Beacon’. 

As Principal, Annette:
